Shikka will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. mail or at Company Retail Stores. Items must be returned unused in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of an online purchase. Women’s swimwear must be unworn with the tags and liners attached, and all clothing must be unworn with tags attached. Shikka reserves the right to refuse any return items that do not meet these criteria.
You should expect to receive a refund in 3 weeks or less from the time of return. This includes transit time, store refund and bank processing time. A restocking fee of 10% will also be charged on all returns.If we shipped you the wrong item or you received damaged items upon arrival, please contact Customer Service* immediately.
